Keylogger or did i do it wrong?

So i purchased the 3 session set... got my key in the email

Download the file, extract the zip into separate folder

Open Wow (edit preferences to match 32 bit and windowed), log into account then character, disconnected 30 seconds later.

friend reports i am logged into a lvl 1 character of mine...

repeat this process, changing password on the account and nothing changed.

Delete the entire honorbuddy zip and extracted files completely from computer, restart computer, change password on account

No more disconnects/other characters being logged in for me.
 
I have been using HB for a very long time and nothing like this has happened to me.

can you post the links where you downloaded HB and any plugins you may have used

no plug ins... just exactly like i said i did... DL, extract, open wow... dc constantly as if keylogged/being hacked
 
i don't suppose you can get the log from your trash can. so we may have a look at it ?

can you remember seeing any errors when HB d/c you ?

I have never downloaded the HB from where you have linked, I am not saying it is suspect or anything,, but try and download it form here

the link i have is if you click on "bot downloads" at the top of this page in the middle...

i didnt say HB dc'd me... i pointed out that after downloading HB i was no longer able to stay connected as if someone else was logging into my account.

this happened as soon as i downloaded it, and before i could run the .exe file to start HB...

deleting all HB files and restarting my computer with a PW reset ont he account has fixed the problem both time i have tried to DL HB
 
just tried it after downloading from the link you gave me. soon as i run HB as admin... i get DC'd from my char in wow (i didnt even get to put in my product key) and now i cannot stay connected on the account for more than a minute
 
after a good amount of trial and error today... the 2 accounts with which i attempted to use the HB program are no longer playable for me as i cannot stay connected to either account for more than 30 seconds... i however can stay logged into my main account without a problem (i did not try HB on it)

there is one point where it has you run a check on your system for all the required pieces, uses a cmd prompt, however at the end of the cmd prompt it said "Ready to run Demonbuddy"
 
yes,its the same tool for DB as well,thats why
 
if you download hb from here there shouldnt be a wrong thing if you use hb from somewhere els then its not HB fault.
 
then i would like to know why the 2 accounts that i attempted to use HB with are no longer playable while the one i did not log into with said files on my computer is. Even though they are battle.net linked...

i did download it from here, in case you didnt read the previous post of my link where i got it, my link of the intstruction manual (step 3), and my explanation of where to find it

what i mean if you used a free version on the net posted by another guy that could be your keylogger if you get HB from this site it wouldnt have a single problem im here since the honorbuddy beta never hade any issue with it.

i did not DL any free version, as i stated in the original post, i BOUGHT the 3 seesions, DL it from the next prompt after purchase, and opened the MANual at the link i posted, followed the instructions, tried my one account kept getting dc, tried 2nd account, same issue... deleted program from comp completely (zip and unzipped files) then restart computer, reset PW. did not fix DC issue on the 2 accounts i logged into with HB files... however the 1 account i DID NOT LOG INTO, is UNAFFECTED.
 
then you might got hacked but it isnt because of HB i know that for sure. maybe u went on a phising keylogger website or anything reformat your pc change all password get a good firewall antivirus like i use comodo and its one of the best.
 
Download Malwarebytes and run a scan if you are afraid you have gotten a keylogger.
