Town Salvage problem

I originally thought this was a trinity issue so i posted up in trinity and asked rrrix about it. However he says trinity just controls what "type" of item is salvaged but salvaging itself is actually a DB issue.

SO here is my problem:

Since patch 1.07 came out, instead of selling all my non kept items I would like to salvage them for the tears/esscencs.

I got into the town run section and marked "rares" to salvage "inferno"


Ever since i changed this, it is getting stuck a lot at the blacksmith and gives me this error.

Looks like it got stuck in an endless loop for 4 hours stuck at trying to salvage. When i pulled up my D3 and manually clicked on the salvage the bot took off and started salvaging like usual

This happened 3 times so far since i changed it last night.

Id really like to be able to salvage items so I hope this can get fixed/look at.
 
Ive had the latest versions since the night before i posted.

Redownloaded both the latest version of trinity + DB and ran again. Its not getting stuck ALL the time, just some of the time

Last night it ran find for 7-8 hours no issues at all

Launched it up again this morning at 9:30 am

Just came home (at 5 pm) and its been stuck since 10:15 this morning.

6 hours of sitting endlessly in town, stuck because it cant salvage. But the second i click on the the blacksmiths anvil manually the bot takes off and starts salvaging like normal.

then you uploaded wrong log files probably since the latest versions are out like a week ago

anyways,since Trinity is responsible about salvageand stuff,you should report it under its thread

First trinity 1.7.2.2 has not even been out for 3 days.
Secondly have you even read my first post?

I posted up under the trinity forum FIRST asking rrrix about it because i originally thought it was a trinity issue. He said trinity is ONLY in charge of saying what type of item to salvage. The act of salvaging (which this is) is demonbuddy issue.


Quite frankly im getting pretty sick and tired of posting up a support problem for a program i PAYED money to buy and getting told that the issue is on my end or to endlessly reinstall stuff which never fixes the issue etc etc.

I would appreciate it, if you actually read my post and looked into it, instead of just copy pasting some crap about o reinstall everything and see if it fixes!

In all honesty, you should just fuck off. I am assuming it is on your end because it seems you have a severe lack of intelligence (spelling paid wrong). Tony is extremely busy with all the other people who also need support. You aren't the only one who paid for this service. No one else is having a salvage problem so its definitely something on your end, ex: you didn't update properly.

thats not a problem,if you think you are tired i am gonna close this thread and as soon as you feel better open a new one (but do it when you will actually need support)
