24/7

~2 hours per day, both of them

8) How many auctions per day did you have?:
only Gold Auction House on bots. ~ 10 all the time (i tried)

8.5) Did you use the Real Money Auction House (RMAH)?
not on those accounts, on mule.

9) Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, Mods, or Exploits?
nope.

10) Was your account involved in gold selling?
nope.

11) What server region where you connected to (The Americas, Europe or Asia)?
Europe

EDIT:
Seems the Monk account (the fully botted) got one of these:
"Due to an unusual change in your access pattern, the Battle.net account [email protected] has been locked. This can be caused by logging in from a new location, but it may also signal an attempt to compromise your account. "

I managed to unlock it. Weird.

Awaiting info on the barb account since I do not have access to that email.

EDIT2:

Both accounts safe, both with the same email prompt for "hacking".

Do you think I should "back up" their important gear, replace it wil lesser quality items and be prepared for a ban soon on those accounts or proceed as usual?
 
it was just your ip that changed or someone tried to hack you
 
Facepalm, thats automatic lock when you access from different ip or location. Unlock by typing ur secret question. Nothing to see here.
 
My IP is dynamic, so it *should* change. Both accounts are active 24/7. I do not think someone tried to hack both accounts, it's hell of a coincidence, isn't it?

Facepalm more. Obviously I know that. But that only happened to the botting accounts. The mule got nothing, and both those accounts aren't hacked since I monitor them and they are online 24/7.

Obviously blizzard thinks those accounts are compromised. My question is why, and I am posting this as feedback to the bot's developers. So go facepalm alone.
 
why is this post here in a ban forum? it clearly says Due to an unusual change in your access pattern, I doubt bot developers care about your accounts access pattern, thats your own problem not the bot and even less when it's not even a ban

*sigh* do you even take a moment to read? Or do you wear your elitist/pedantic hat and move along?

1) The accounts have not been hacked. They are online 24/7
2) The accounts have not been used from any other PC.
3) The IP is dynamic
4) Both the accounts were botted, the mule is safe, so it "obviously" has something to do with Demonbuddy.

If the devs think this helps, they can use it. If not, they won't. What's *your* problem again?

All in all it's good news that after a major maintenance downtime, the only thing they could pin on those accounts was a "hack possibility". So stop flaming and either move along or contribute.

EDIT: The post is on the ban forum, cause my initial reaction when I couldn't log into the accounts, was that they were banned. So I came here to inform and warn before checking their email accounts (obviously not my regural mail account). Sue me.

your over reacting, i got the lock on half of my accounts, its common to get locked after a patch. takes 2 seconds, answer secret question, problem over

Well I've never gotten the lock before and I felt like it's worth mentioning. Ofc it took 2 seconds to resolve. But the fact that it happened on the botting accounts may indicate something.
 
no, i get this nearly every patch and i havent been banned in well over 2 months

easy explanation, u didnt turn ur relogger off during maintenance. after x failed logins, ur account was locked. case closed. nothing special here... go bot
