fucking 'report botting' - i joined a public game for 5 minutes on mp 10 just to check if i can play manyally anymore ...and a guy whispered me : i reported you for botting , i have 12 friends online and told them all to report you ! so i think i say goodbye to an account this night

anyway my questions is , can they reeport me if they doesnt have me in their list?

they only can report you if youre in range, take you in target, right click on potrait... (sry for bad english)

Couple hints --

1) Don't post on your bot in chats -- they can view your profile and see your "2000 hours played and 500m gold picked up" lol.
2) Don't join public games

Also, the "report bots" feature was made primarily for the spam bots you see in trade chat. The rest of the feature was made for people actually goofy enough to bot public games.
