Patch 1.07 - New XP Rates - Getting 35-38 mil xp / hr

I've got a WW Barb - 31% xp ruby in help + Leorics + Hellfire

I'm playing on MP3 right now since they changed the xp rates.

Has anyone found an optimal MP# yet for xp farming since 1.07?
 
i was getting like 35 mil with just 29 % + hellfire on mp0 - skyhigh profile, hard to tell now since theyre all pl 100 :s
 
I'm actually getting 43 mil right now in the fields of slaughter on MP2. MP2 seems to be the sweet spot...at least with all this xp bonus gear on.
 
I had 32 mil/h on my Witch Doctor last night with only xp gem
 
Are you paragon 100?. Im 39 and i rather get 21 with leoric's and 27 percent gem . Demon hunter MP0.

barb 175k dps only passives MP4 farming)
290k with all possible buffs (no shrines)

Nice. What is your build?

I'm doing 1.12 mil gold per hour and 44 mil xp per hour right now on MP1

I have 170k dps buffed so my guy isn't that top notch. I figure once I'm lvl 100 i'll put on the gem in the helm for magic find and start upgrading my chars.
 
Archon wiz with 29 leoric, 31 gem, 35 hellfire.. scoundrel with windforce, hellfire, 21 leoric. DPS on my wizard, about 250k with XP items on. I was doing MP1. archon - improv archon/storm armor w/ the highest rune/sparkflint/force weapon + % dmg rune/electrocute - forked lightning/glass cannon/blur/CM and diamon skin/crystal , leave archon to rebufff armor (trinity setting), 900 gold pile, ignore shrines/health globes. Was para 98 when 1.07 came out, 100 now so can't say what xp/hour getting still. Also made a new BoA necklace, and removed my XP items so run around with 390k dps, or 423k if i get rid of PUR and storm armor (trade for pinpoint 5cc)

I'm having a hard time buying 1.12m gph, would be interested in a trinity log after 12hr run.
 
Man 250k WITH the XP items on is insane lostsk8r.

How do people build up characters that uber? Please don't tell me just plain finding the items. It has either got to be: A. you bought the gear with real money of B. You're good at flipping.
 
Well its not a "true" bot toon, I've pieced together pieces from my other bots and bought some pieces with GOLD here and there. Yeah I lost a lot of dps using leorics/hellfire/mempo (no cc) with xp gem. the buffs really help a lot though (glass cannon, sparkflint, force weapon, pintpoint barrier (if u decide). I usually spend at least 100m per bot tho

Yeah I know. It seemed like a glitch to me because usually I'm runnning at 550 - 600 k. It is still going at >1 mil gph though.

I will close it all down and run it again. I'm guessing it is a glitch because I didn't do the update on DB today.

Ah true...didn't consider the fact that people run multiple bots.

Is that worth doing anymore in anyone's opinion? Gold prices are so deflated now.

You probably cashed out an auction or moved gold onto that char. 600k is more realistic.
