Got 402 Million for Chantodo's Force on bid? What's so good?

What's so special about this Chantodo's Force that it's worth 402 million gold after GAH cut? I put it up for auction starting 1,000 gold starting bid, because I didn't think it was worth that much. I looked up similar in GAH, and there is one very similar to mine with higher damage for 180 million buyout?

got nothing to do with arcane orb ..

chant's source is the only real option for high end cm wizards but it doesn't roll apoc naturally. it's the only source with ias and you cant drop a single slot if youre chasing 3.01 aps breakpoint or above.

high damage + apoc = $$

without apoc its vendor trash
