Please HELP!

I purchased and have been using HB for a couple weeks. It recently told me to update and I downloaded and switched to the newest version and now unable to run HB. I open as administrator and click log in with my key, and the main window opens and then just disappears. If I try to repeat the process it then tells me max sessions as if its running in the back ground somewhere, however if I go to task manager it does not list HB as a running program / process. I am running windows 8. I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times with the same result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tony, dude im not an idiot. Yes i can go kill the session that's supposedly running (which isn't really running). However that does not fix the problem. I reopen the bot as admin and again it does the same thing......... I have read all the other posts that say the same thing as the problem I am having. Please acknowledge that your bot is not working correct and don't try to make it out as user errors. You cant say that mysteriously after y'all update that all of a sudden lots of people cant log in and its problems on everyone's part..... Something in the update broke the bot and I paid for a service that I am not getting......... The generic responses that you post on every post saying the same thing isn't fixing the ISSUE.
 
can you see your key under keys tab ?
 
Have you tried a fresh install instead?

90% of the time after I let HB 'Auto update' I end up with problems, and so far downloading it from the site and starting with a clean install fixes what ever issue I was having.

Not even sure why they keep the auto updater to be honest lol.
 
Yes I can see my key under the key tab, its good for almost a year!.. and yes I have deleted folder and downloaded fresh copy x131231312312 times
 
I have completely disabled and turned off the firewall and securtity suit and it still does teh same thing, i fire it up in admin mode, click log in with my key in the blank and the main window opens, says "logging in........" and then boom it all disapears, yes i go to portal and it shows a session going however there is nothing running on my PC.......

Sigh...... Do you understand english very well man? The max sessions isnt the problem..... ITS THE FACT that when you click LOG IN, it shows "logging in........" for about 15 sec then the whole program disappears........... I feel like im beating my head against the wall because yall are of no help...... Ive explained this multiple times so far........

well if you use your eyes and check your own log you can see the max sessions error here

so if you are providing wrong logs its your own fault


now if you only get this

and there is no error winow or something it means that something is blocking Hb on your machine

DUDE I ATTACHED both logs, one with max sessions and one without, notice the post above that. The log with just logging in in it. Your missing the point.. THE PROGRAM CLOSES BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENS or before any more log is made!!!!!!!!!

Here let me post it for ya again...... and yes thats all the log has because HB closes or disappears. Its not antivirus / firewall. Im running both in admin, i reinstalled newest version 15 times, dx9, etc etc etc. it worked fine before updateing to newest version.

Tell me if you find a solution for ths since i got the same problem few min ago

EDIT: Rght after i posted this GB started to run! ;)
