Anyone here know if latest beta build fixes the problem where BGBuddy makes your toon go AFK after a bit, no deserter no nothing (Fresh Installation) and not just me, if you go to the stable release forum you'll notice a few others having this problem.

I am looking into that now. It only stops working after a while so its one of the more hard to debug ones.

There is something wrong with ressing from the spirit healer. I can't see anything about it not being able to path to the body anyway it's giving me 10 res sickness. Though it hasn't happened all the time. Only after a few deaths.

I've had the same problem after updating to latest beta..

You can disable the spirit res by going to Settings\Realm\CharacterName\CharacterSettings.xml, and setting RessAtSpiritHealers to False

- [Beta] Grindbot has been rewritten and is now called Grindbuddy
Use at your own will.

- Fixed Developer Tools not opening half the time
- Fixed where the bot would crash after zoning then start/stopping it
- Settings now save the moment you toggle them even when the bot is running
- Leveling will now use the spirit healer if it is unable to path to its corpse
- Grind Profiles now accept MobIDs to be used for a specific mob for example <MobIDs>834</MobIDs>
- InteractWith will now blacklist targets it is unable to navigate to
- InteractWith will now Face Targets before interacting
- Questing and Grindbot will no longer try to kill player pets if they are the same as the quest targets
- Romantic Basket (picnic basket item) are now properly ignored in battlegrounds.
- Added DistanceToUnit( id ) function for profile conditions.
- Added temporary digsite blacklisting.
- Will now blacklist a digsite for 2 hours if a fragment has failed to been looted more than 10 times.
- Fixed a bug allowing you to attempt to sell items when the frame is not open.
- Increased the delay in the vendor behaviors.
- Fixed a small distance check bug in NoControlVehicle.
- RaidBot updated to reflect new HotkeyManager
- New, better implementation of hotkeys added. Use HotkeyManager to handle any hotkey requirements.
- Added support for recent profiles + web loading of profiles.
- Updated code to correctly identify spells if none were known, rather than printing out 'SpellId(0, "unknown")'.
- Gatherbuddy will now fully stop before using an object to prevent it from flying away and coming back multiple times
- Removed all player owned pets from the default filters
- Fix for Grindbuddy Critters, Also Fix for Battleground.Current for the 2 new ones
- Made the talent trees more useful for botting with emphasis on survival and passive bonuses.

If I load ArchBuddy with ProfessionBuddy the Bot cant find any valid point to survey:

If I load ArchBuddy directly it works without any problem.

Tried it 3 times, also with fresh install.

Also he ignores the blacklisted sites until I open the ArchBuddy Settings in the ProfessionBuddy Menu again, if ArchBuddy is loaded via ProfessionBuddy.

Any Idears ?

Any profile without a title leads to an error which prevents starting HB.

It leads to this entry in CharacterSettings.xml under <RecentProfiles>:

<Entry>@@!@@d:\profiles\blank.xml</Entry>

and to an error during load like can't access the charactersettings because they are used in another process.
Inserting a random title in that Entry before the @@!@@ fixes this.
Maybe there should be a default title added in that case (or the filename).

(Log includes click on that try to continue button thing.)

I've been noticing this coming up in the log window since the last few beta builds..doesn't crash the bot or seem to affect whatever I'm doing with it..so I've ignored it..

Do you have the purerotation routine? I got the same kind of error. I had just thrown the whole SVN straight into the plugins folder - it's explained on that thread, but there are other files in there that weren't meant for the plugins directory.

The Recent profile feature is definitely bugged for any profile without a title name inside it,
From the Character Settings.xml

No log is produced because it has an unhandled string error on Launch, the only way to fix is to either edit every profile to put names in them, or mod this settings xml (see where Ive put aaa before the kicks badland profile)

Any SVN updates will undo those edits, and it means that Proffession buddy stops working when it tries to change profile.

SVN updates should leave those edits intact, as svn tools usually merge the diffs from the update into the local working copy and don't replace the whole file. Even if there's a merge conflict (in which case the svn tools will give a warning and a way to resolve the conflict), you you should not immediately lose these changes.

Still, if there's a bug with profiles without titles, this should be fixed. Anything else is just a workaround.
