if i think my current wow account will be banned can i transfer my characters

I think my account will get perm banned because ive been banned before but not for exploiting, i just had a pqr rotation bot which wasnt active only the interrupt bot was active and i was reported afk in a bg but i was not afk, i was wondering if this account gets banned can i transfer my characters to a different account and be safe?
