Im a bit lost on here

I just purchased mine on the 30th of Jan tired it out first with a friends code cause he has the 3 pack. Now I still havn't received the code to be able to log on with the one i purchased. Is there a delay in them sending that cause that should have bin sent to my email correct. I have my acctivation code and user name and this account setup for coming on this site. Ive gone to the key button site and that wont let me login further, any suggestions will be welcome. Thanks for your help

Where did you buy it?

What is acctivation code? how does it look
