Honorbuddy has really gone downhill

I came back and basically everything is shit. BGbuddy doesnt work past a few BG's. Dungeonbuddy isnt even worth using with how bad the scripts and logic are. Singular is bad. Questing is broken as usual. IRC channel has been down for a month. The community seems stale as ever. I am regretting reactivating my main wow account and buying 2 new botting accounts tbh.

I just dont understand how the bot is in worse shape then when I left? WTF is going on?

Sadly this is true, forum rules worse than China and other factors but it's still the best bot around.

Come in, buy bot, get profiles, leave forums... when you have to hire/pay someone to make Quest profiles I'm not really surprised that people don't contribute, didn't that give it away that you've made it too hard to make profiles? no profile maker in the bot either etc.

I would totally agree...The bot does NOT do all that is advertised, rarely will it run for any given amount of time without messing up, getting answers to your problems can be like pulling teeth, and some of the staff are downright rude and unhelpful. There is some great staff members but I guess they are too busy to check the forums much. If the mods dont like what you have to say, even tho you are a paying customer, they just close your thread and if you continue to insist that they treat you like a customer should be treated, or let your dissatisfaction show they just ban you.. I have seen this more and more lately... and just see the first reply to your thread to see what a lot of peoples attitude is."make your own bot.." never mind you paid for a service....

that bgbuddy problem is a known issue that will be fixed in the next version.
no ones forcing you to use dungeonbuddy and the people that do use it have no complaints about the scripts, if you do then feel free to write your own as it does support custom local scripts now.
singular has been working fine, and the next release will be even better, if you have a problem then post a thread in the support section.
questing is and has been working fine, if your having issues then make a support thread and we will help you.
we do not host irc and have never had an official chat channel, so yea cant really complain about something we never provided.

we arent talking about mmoglider profiles here, questing takes a lot more information and scripting. we cannot make it any easier then it already is. most people who are serious about grinding or gathering do make their own profiles. so its not like no ones making anything.

Hey there shwn.
I tried to be nice, really.

We always let customers show dissatisfaction, however when it moves from showing that dissatisfaction to spamming the boards and belittling other members, we will close it down. I tried to show you that we care about our customers, but it seems like you have not taken my words at face value.
And it looks like you did something to get yourself banned from the forums.

When things become constructive, maybe we will get along.

If you guys have problem, make support posts about it.
Keeping problems to yourself helps to get nothing fixed.
