7)How many auctions per day did you have?: None up until the point I noticed that Lbniese's leveling profile puts stuff in the AH and I was ok with that, but maybe this is what got me, so I don't know... maybe 200+ while using this

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No.

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No.

10)EU or US realm? EU

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid

So basically this was a new account that I started 1 week ago and leveled it to 90 (mostly questing/dungeons and grind). Dinged yesterday and started to level up the professions, but in the middle of that I got banned. The mail arrived pretty slowly, but it looks like this:

This is what got you, maybe not auctions but doing gathering 24/7 with public profile is itself calling a ban
Good luck trying to get it back, hope some experienced people help you with the tips to get it back.

Sorry, I gotta rephrase that. Yes I botted up to 90 24/7, but the gathering profile ran only for about 5 or 6 hours when the banhammer hit me.

I got the same ban last week, just appeal it. PM me if you need help writing a appeal.

Now I'm fairly new at this botting stuff, but the stuff below was what I noticed. Wouldn't that be the reason, or is that normal for Blizzard to write that to people that's just farming herbs + nodes?

Funny thing the first time I log back in I get a whisper from a random dude asking "still botting?". I'm like "huh?" and he tells me that he reported me several times while I was grinding to level 90 in Kun-Lai.

At least now I know where the ban came from.

This is probably off topic, but with all the bans coming down the pipeline it makes me feel less and less safe using this bot for anything other than the combat type (i.e. Lazy Raider, combat bot, raid bot, Tyrael, etc), which basically turns HB into a glorified PQR bot with tons more functions.

Seems players are reporting people far more now with the improved report functions. This makes it more dangerous to farm, quest, grind, and do practically everything else. Some players report other players out of pure spite. I know this because I've talked to players that have claimed to report other players just because they were screwing up the AH, or were screwing up a rare farm, or just intruding on their self-proclaimed farming territories. This game is getting really impossible to play with any type of safety from being banned.

I hope Blizzard will look at this the same way I am and figure out a way to segregate the false reports from the real ones, and just throw out the false reports. I don't want to lose my account one day just because I killed a mob that popped up on someone else's faux turf. Or, maybe because I was hand farming herbs/ore, and happened to get to a node before someone else, so they reported me as being a botter. This is just getting out of hand.

get the addon badboy put it on lvl 90 they cant whisper you anymore only real friends on youre wow list grinding is risky better do quest thats how i lvl my classes

I don't understand why the people that play this game take such an offense to botters. I mean really? Who do they think they buy their bargain priced items from on the AH? Someone that spends shit loads of time farming them by hand, only to post them at a lower price just for shits and giggles? Um, no. Botters make life easier for the consumers in WoW. I would personally prefer to buy all my products from a botted farmer, because I know I can get a lot more for a lot less.

I see the postings on the WoW official forums about botters, and I see how people trash talk them so wickedly, but I can put my life on the fact that they buy their crap from botted AH postings over hand farmed ones, JUST because the botted ones are cheaper. I swear to God I want to post on those forums telling them all to go to Hell, and to tell them that they all buy the cheap stuff on the AH from botted farmers, etc, but I bite my tongue and leave the forums before I get stupid and say something that would get me banned, lol.

The only time I get irked at someone that's botting is when they steal a kill from me. It happens, and I do it to others I'm sure. That's the ONLY time I get irritated with bots, but then I just shrug and move on because I know I do it to other people on my bot. Since I babysit my bot 100% of the time, I always apologize and say I thought I had a shot before they did. They still call me an asshole, but at least I get an apology to them and I assume they don't report me for botting. I've been doing it for more than three years with not even a single warning ... yet.
