I got the same problem few months ago.
This account where the problem occured did not have anything connected with boting so i writed a ticket, i also speak with Blizzard on a telephone.
Till today i did not receive the money and tbh i stop fighting with them, the emplyers connected with paypal are so hard hiden that you cannot speak with them directly and trying solve the case with GM only make you more frustrated (At least in my country) so i simple forget it.
