$1,000 / month is my goal.

So I have been botting with HB for 6-8 months I guess. Actually playing WoW has come terribly boring for me, so I've decided to try and make some cash. I have a good steady job IRL making plenty of money to support my wife and 2 kiddos. This extra money will just be fun money. Maybe to buy the kids a go cart, buy the wife something nice, just extra stuff. Here is my plan.

Have 4 bots.

I have gotten to where I can easily make 20k / day on 1 bot.

20k x 4 bots = 80,000 gold / day.

80,000 gold / day x 27 days (not 30/31 days due to say disconnections/maintenance) = 2,160,000 gold / month.

2,160,000 gold / month x .5$/k (im hoping to get this on avg) = $1,080

Does this plan seem like it should work out for me? I'm excited about trying this out. If it doesn't work as planned, oh well.

If you're paying for your own power, don't forget to subtract the amount it costs to run your computer forever. Otherwise it should work, but you should probably expect losses higher than 10% to disconnects, ect.
 
I say about $800, expect bans if you're making that much gold a month. I would say just go for 1.5 million a month.

i bot too for 2-3 years now i think u can make that much even if u make a couple of $ less doesnt matter
and 1 more thing if u would like to share with me will be a great job for both of us iam here in dubai and we have like big fish buyers so think in that matter and reply me good luck
 
Making 20k with one bot is easier than making 80k with 4 bots.
 
may i ask what you do to make that much gold? i have 5 accounts, all of which have 85's or 90's on them

i have every single profession at 600, as well as different alchemy master cooldowns, some extra tailors for the cooldowns
 
first of all, you won't always be able to dump your gold for 0,5$/k. Calculate with 0,4$/k or less to be realistic.

- Power supply
- monthly subscription
- new accounts because you will get banned at some point

I would say you need more like 8 bots to make a steady 1000$/month.

Let's say you bot on 2 diffrent servers. You can easly sell half of your gold to private buyers for 0,7$/1k. So making 1k$\month is pretty much possible with 4 accounts.

You can't possibly sell 40k per server per day to private, unless it's one of the servers with 10k+ players. Those have so many botters though I doubt you would make as much as on medium servers.
But that's your opinion, I wouldn't be so optimistic when calculating my profits.

I don't think it is easy to find private buyers to sell 20k per day so the realistic scenario is to sell to Chinese which is 0.3 max...always calculate with the probabilities plz....
 
In theory your calculations are possible, but reality usually has a habit of spoiling your plans. :) Nothing ever goes perfectly. Bans, bots downtime, market fluctuations, chinese droping gold prices etc. Just try and do your best, and then in a month post for us to see how it went :)

hehe, another one who thinks theres serious money in wow without to much effort.

4 accounts are not enough, you need at least double

gold prices will go up and down, calculate whats realistic, and .5 isnt.

unless you have steady private buyers you wont lose your gold.

paying for game time in gold? or cash, deduct either payment form from your income.

power supply? hamsters in a cage? run your pc 24/7, you think thats for free?

Dc's , ban's , new accounts... and all that.

If you try to make some money out of it, be realistic. 1000 a month aint easy to get, and deffo
not with your setup.
 
8 bots with shuffle will give you 150k per day without much effort so you can buy with gold new backup accounts that's about one full account per day and gtc like 4 days though you need about 600+ $ for initial capital for wow and hb licenses
 
Pahaha $1000 a month this makes me giggle.

Gold prices have dropped to around 0.10- 0.20 in the last 2 weeks and remain at that price today unless you can find private buyers to buy that quanitity (i very much doubt) you wont be any where near $1000 more like $300

Check the US prices, they are much better than EU. So 1000$ is not too hard.

Seriously? I guess you don't know where to search gold buyers. Mine Chinese buyer still pays .45$/1k.
