On this topic, why would a *kaizer profile generate more than this one: [A3 - Inferno] Champion-Hunting (ciggarc)?

I mean, they both clear act 3 and such, why would one produce more gold than the other?

(I am farming Inferno mp0 and I haven't ever seen 500k gph in like... ever (using ciggarc))

For some reason there is so much difference in profiles.
But I am using the exact same profile on my Monk as on my Barb.
Only thing is my Monk makes 600k-680k/h and my Barb is making 400k-500k/h.

Of what I can see, USHF is considerably smaller than ciggarc's A3 Champ.hunt. I take it that a smaller (faster / more games per hour) profile generates more gph than one that clears almost all Act 3?

I see. So the longer profile's advantages is 1) a more human-like behaviour 2) possibly bigger chances for good loot?

Running longer profile's is more human-like imo. But I do not think it improves the change of getting good loot any more than it will do with a short profile

Also, when you earn more GPH you most likely make more kills. More kills = bigger change of getting good loot I think ^^

Maybe I should consider switching then. If I am going to get banned anyway, might as well drop the "human-like" factor for more gold and loot. Thanks a lot

hi iam archon wiz but for your gph there are some factors not many know about i gues:

giles trinitys non elit combat range: custom is 40 here (that means you track all mobs 40 yards away) old trinity versions had 18 yards trigger range (that means you skip ***** creeps and go direct to next elit group) i would suggest 22 non elit range (increase my gph from 600 too 750 as i tested it) of cause you should use Extend Kill range [also good for items/h]

giles trinitys item pickup: iam sure you allready relized this while townrun your gph increase a lot (1800 for me 4000 with old 1.6.4.3 yeah i know that rnd waits are there to prevent bans but they reduce the outcome..) but even 1800 is much better then 800 what you should try to get. since all items yield at leat 1k gold at vendor you should pickup ALL rares for highest gph

giles trinity gold pile: many say higher numbers are better for gph they just fail ^^ i got this on 300 with 8 pickup radius for higher gph you should go for even 200

MP you choose: MP3 -> MP4 means a lot: mp3 offer 75% goldfind with 17% bonus item mp4 100% gf and 26% bonusitem bonusitem = for white mobs if they drop an item (gold gems potions all) they drop for 27% another item but mobs gain 50% more hp per Power lvl. so if you on 300k dps you should go for mp4 for 27% more gold out of bonus items and 26.6% (100%/375% bace) means in total 1.27x1.266 = 60.7% more gold on mp4 then mp0 but 457% more hp on mobs (you need x4.57 damage compared to mp0) [also good for items/h]


if you have all this you will have 900k gold/h for sure

BUT: the real money comes from items you sell at ah
that means you look at the wrong number if you want more items/h forget about looting rares and gold you will drop too maybe 600k gold/h but gain a 3 legend/h rate ~~

i use archon scramble build with 360k dps 1.2 deaths/h for now at mp4 i use my profil archon fast rnd 5.0

and yeah legends/h varries over 16h sessions 1.9 - 3.1 legends/h currently
@660 items/h

my settings: non elit combat 22 gold 450 itemsrules2 hard by darkforce took 2h and offhands out here

Really helpful information. Thanks a lot. May I ask if you play on EU or US? I am asking this because I cannot seem to sell any items lately on the RMAH. My most expensive auction ever (before the December banwave (see my 1st line on signature)) was 40 euros. After that date (well I haven't looted anything *really* good) but I can't seem to sell anything even for 2-3 euros. Gold is still selling though, and that's why I am focusing on gph
