forgot to turn relogger off during maintenance-account closed, dont remember name

i forgot to turn my relogger off last night and my acc was closed due to the many failed login trys from relogger, now i cant remember the name i used to create the acc to recover it, what do u guys suggest, im not banned yet, on any of the accs... i might be flagged though because of the many failed logins
 
For me loggin attemps do not flag u at all as bot. But its my theory (from 20-y it experience).
 
He means LOCKED, not closed. I had the same problem but ended up guessing my name. It's now all in a spreadsheet. You can try customer service but I doubt they'll be of much help.

write that stuff down from now on.

Nothing you can do except trying to figure out the name. I dont think they reopen it for you without name+answer
 
I got locked 3 accs aswell all botting right now. Thats why you should have all info about accounts wrote somewhere like me :)
 
call them and ask how is ur name :)!

login on your email and check first mail from blizzard. It always begins with "Hello XYZ". Where XYZ stands for last name registered. Maybe this will make you remember First name :).
 
happened to me once... give a call to blizzard and say the secret question
 
what the fuck, u asked them for ur name ?_??

Maybe he just told them the account username, and then they asked him the secret question, responded with answer, problem solved? i am not sure, have never been in this situation
 
Yea the email you get usually starts with your first name hat you registered with.
 
I actually got locked out of one of my bot accounts after I activated my V.P.N software. Blizzards system detected this change in my behavior and locked the account until a password reset was completed. After attempting to reset my password using the secret question method, they locked the account even further because I got the question wrong. I actually use all of my legit information on all of my bot accounts for this very reason. Name, phone, address, same secret question and answer. So i call blizzards customer support line and try to get my password reset. Little did i know that i had typod the answer to my secret question after talking to a blizzard representative. The rep verified my information and unlocked my account. This is the reason I use my real information for botting accounts, I have yet to be banned running 24/7, but my time will come.

just tell you forget what name you registred, but you remember the question, and the e-mail.They will say is not enought information, but they will send a password to restart the account

I called the customer Support and explained my issue prior to telling them the B.Net Account Name. The first service guy told me that I had to submit my ID and Ingame Key so I simply told him I would and called again. His coworker just asked me the secret question and unlocked the account. He "suggested" to add the ID-Info, but only if I wanted to...
