can you quit botting?

I got a lvl 100 dh now and I want it to be my main from now on and quit botting on it, whats the chance it'll get banned if it wasnt till now?
thats since 19th's big banwave. it was the only account that wasn't banned then, been botting 24/7 since on it

lost 98lvl dh and 90lvl barb then
