Since this thread has been overrun with people that are not the OP, I'm closing it.
If you have a problem, open your OWN thread with a log as an attachment and a screenshot if possible.

make sure all Hb files are under the same folder

keep the Hb folder under C drive and also dont use any shortcuts for Hb exe
