So can I get a responce from support? Is it connected with your server issues or it's something on my side? Because when I don't get the "could not auth" - I am getting this.

make sure you are running DB and D3(exe) as admin

if you have any D3 erd party tools/programs/hacks disable them

also on what OS are you?
