You need to be in sholozar basin???

Why would my friend's screen continually say, "You need to be in Sholozar Basin!" in red letters across the top of the screen while he is questing in Pandaria?

We cleaned out the bags and cleaned out the quest log. We abandoned every quest, logged out of HB, logged out of WoW, logged back in, and it still did the same thing. Evidently, HB is attempting to finish something that was never completed from Sholozar basin even though we are using Cava's 85 - 90 in Pandaria.

Delete content in the folder "Cache" in the HB directory... or install hb new... or try Kicks Quest Profiles.. anything helped?

We just now rebooted the computer again and the problem went away. Thanks for the suggestions. I believe it was something in the computer cache as suggested.
