"You have used all your shared sessions"

I'm currently running 2 bots right now for gathering and I 3 sharable sessions... however it is saying that I am running 3 shared sessions and this isn't the first time it's happened, just the first time its impairing what I'd like to do.

has anyone else had this issue before?

log on auth portal and kill the session in use
