"You have used all of your honorbuddy sessions" error

Hi i was running honor buddy but it was not working so i tryied resetting it, but when i tried to open it again and log in it says that i have used all of my sessions.
what does this mean?
i purchased the 3 month usage im pretty sure

and kill the session in use
