You have not selected a valid instance of WoW

This is the error I get, I start WoW and login to my character and try to start honorbuddy but I get this error.

"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy."
