You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!

Last week worked just fine. This week, no patch, no changes to any HB files, and I am getting the following message all the time.

Any suggestions? Of course, I have tried logging in, out, restarting WoW, etc.

Restart WoW and HB.

It is what I do to fix that error.
Sometimes when I switch toons or leave HB open too long I get it.

Also, upload a log please.

you sure u don't need to update HB? just to be safe go into your honorbuddy folder and use the Updater.exe

make sure that you are logged in game world before running Hb

and also check if there is ghost Hb process on your task manager

Tony... you were right. A week later there was still a ghost process.
