Ok so I have wow opened in windowed mode and logged onto my toon. I click and open the honorbuddy client then login and this is what it logs:

Loading Honorbuddy 2.0.0.3626 settings.
Authenticating..
Buddy Sessions: 0/0

Shared Sessions: 1/3
-------------------------------
You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy.

Can somebody help me? i tried everything such as restarting wow, honorbuddy and my computer. Nothing has worked can a mod please help me?
