You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to! Please restart Honorbuddy

I know how to use this program, I know I have to be logged into WoW and into the character I want to use the program with.

I continue to get this error this morning.

"You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid WoW instance to use Honorbuddy."

I have restarted WoW and my HB several times, restarted my PC twice. I am still getting the error. I have ran them both in admin mode as well-same issue.

Is there something else I can do to fix this? My game and my HB are current and I log in ok it seems (Lifetime sub) but it just keeps saying I don't have a valid WoW running.

Help?

Actually, you can delete this. I re-downloaded HB and it's working now. Perhaps mine just got corrupted. Very strange. Thanks for the quick response, sorry I hadn't tried re-dling it before I posted here!
