so I just got honorbuddy and I get this message You have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to!
Please restart Honorbuddy and choose a valid instance of WoW to use Honorbuddy with!

what exactly am I suppose to do? I tried looking around for a guide on how to set it up but couldnt find any

Make sure you are launching WoW in a 32-bit mode. You can select this from "Preferences" in the WoW-Launcher (Just before you press "PLAY").

Also have the WoW in Windowed mode. That way the bot will move around freely.
