You have logged in too many clients too quickly

Hi Bossland & Tony,

I have an issue with DB message "You have logged in too many clients too quickly, please try again in 30 seconds.".
I have double the licences than bots and this happens several times a day when apparently network errror occurs and all the bots relog with Yar at the same time. Could you please loose this limit of connections? In buddystats sessions gets duplicated many times at once like that:

After this happens Yar relogs all bots with the same error 15 times until it stops.
