And also to address the OP concern about the staff..
Of course we care about your business. Without our customers none of us would be here. I would just be another broke engineering student.
All customers mean a lot to us.

I will admit that sometimes we are backed up and rushed by the sheer volume of support posts we need to address along with the hundreds of emails everyday. Not mentioning monitoring the board for illicit material and keep people in check. So a lot of the time when we get backed up we might slack a little bit to catch up on our work.
Please do not take offense to this, and feel free to PM any staff member for suggestions/complaints in the future. We value them.

Anyway, kick is investigating your problem.
Hopefully a solution is found soon.

Speaking of keeping people in check, anyone who continues to belittle the OP will receive a 3 day mute. There is no reason to post in this thread with useless information.

I find it funny that you have so many posts Victor and I couldnt find any where you were helpful....just a bunch of trolling...either way, once again thanks for an unhelpful reply that does nothing to further the conversation!
 
Thanks for the reply Bam. As it said in my post these "wow errors" ONLY happen when running HB and it is always a "memory writing error". I'm sorry I couldnt give you a more technical description. These errors will not happen for weeks then will happen for days consecutively. I guess at this point I should just leave well enough alone. I will still not be upgrading, though this may change depending on future interactions with you guys, and continue to bounce 1 session between WoW accounts. Thanks again.

I have the memory writing errors on my bot as well, and TuanHA was kind enough to point me to his paladin CR thread, where those memory writing errors are explained.

How do I know Combat Routine read memory correctly?
If you see a lot of error message like this, that mean Combat Routine can't read memory.

How do I fix that issue?
Run Honorbuddy as Administrator. Also check anti-virus program, some program just protect memory and cause error.

The error [299] is an know issue and happen to a lot of CR last 2 HB release. We've reported to HB and hope they fix it soon.

Thanks for the info zeldrak. It doesnot seem to be happening today so fingers crossed!

@ Bambam- Thanks for taking time to follow up. I can understand what you are saying and I will definitely keep this in mind in the future and try not to get so aggravated. I think you can tell I am be genuine and not just finding things to complain about.

I know the mods are trying to help you know, but i would like to let you know (Maybe you already know) that a lot of us "Profile Writers" aren't doing this as a job or maybe even a hobby. I know most mods are hired and are supposed to help with support issues etc. But people like Me, Cava and A LOT of other people are doing this for fun, and you have to keep in mind that we wont spend so much time on support when we want to play the game and develop new profiles too. I receive tons of posts on my threads .. some useful, but most of them are not. We can't guarantee to help everybody within just a few hours or even a few days. I'm personally trying to answer bug reports etc if they are "useful to me".. I don't see why i should try to help somebody who just writes "s#!tty profile, dont work no afk bot keep stucking everywhere".. I can't waste time on such things. Don't get me wrong, I don't say that you are doing such things, but doing support isn't easy and as said earlier there's so many bug reports, support issues that everything can't be done so fast.

Well 1 thing is clear, the devs really do care about your business. If not, your post would have been ignored. You have gotten shit tons of attention here, I hope that makes you happy.

For future reference supplying a lot of information will get you a better response.

In 1 of you posts you mentioned running multiple instances of WoW. Please explain your set-up for us. Are you running multiple instances of HB as well? How are your folders set-up?

I ask this because this may be a root cause to multiple problems. Your set-up can make or break your botting experience. I used to have shit tons of "profile problems" only to find out that my set-up had HB instances interacting in a negative way & giving me crappy results. It was my problem, but it looked like it was HB and/profiles that were the issue. Once I fixed MY shit, my botting experience has changed tremendously.

if you have a problem with PB as an example you have to report it under PB thread

so our response for not posting on the correct section thread we obviously be "like report it under PB thread plz",anything more than this is useless

the same applies for a profile's issue


also if we want from you to change dx our response will be like "use dx9 and let me know" or if we want your log from you will simply ask for the log
we have to be straight and clear cause there other many people waiting for support as well
