After this most recent patch, I attempted to open the exe file and get an error: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I deleted everything and re-downloaded 1.0.159. I'm still getting the same error as before. I've tried running as administrator, but still have the same issues.

Any ideas?

I thought it might be Avast, but can't figure out what Avast would be doing.
