As the title says, after you buying your toons the epic flying skills (310), you have all professions maxed on several alts, you have a nice stash of gold....

and then what?

Apart from the obvious of selling gold for real money, not many of us here have the chance or actually get around to do it... So what you all do with the gold/mats you farm?

Genuine question, because the amount of things you can do with gold in wow is kinda limited.

PS: On my server top guilds charge between 5k to 25k to boost you in raids to pimp out your toon, so thats an option... :)

Honestly right now buying level 85 BoE epics for toons and gearing out my guildmates to make progression go faster. Also my raiding guild bank has over 200 of each flask now and very shortly I think we will hit the 10k flask achievement. Of course we are only a 10 man raiding guild with maybe 16 active members lol

agreed with codenamegamma, but ill go with the topic.

I have 5x lvl 85 5x lvl 80 now. All have epic flyer and azeroth flying included. all have proper AH/Boosted gear and still sitting on gold like water, as it comes in pretty hard.
Only way I basically do things is boost boost boost, or even help friends out to get them boosted once in a while. I'm currently a guild supplier which helps a lot, I farm they pay there ya go with private buyer;)

once that all is done sit back and relax start gathering more achievements for you char or start using archeaology bot.

Because we all know you'll sit there for months on end doing archeaology trying to get those damned rare mounts.

Collect the hard to obtain with your free time, what else will you do?

Alright Alright, and which achievement requires that you have made 10k flasks my friend? They have updated it, it requires 1000 and then 3000 flasks? Me smells someone lying?

Mix Master is 10,000 Flask for guild achievement... Cata flask only

I don't sell my gold, I save it and have a shitty automation program that i wrote that checks the AH on the top 10 highest pop servers for spectral tiger, and I buy those and sell them for money. Actually get more money per 1k gold than selling the gold directly

Guild Flask and Cauldron Hotfixes

by // Jan 6, 2011 1:52:01 AM UTC
We've recently implemented a number of hotfixes directly related to guild achievements, flasks, and cauldrons. When first designing the guild achievements, we overestimated the number of flasks that guilds would be able to make by the time they reached guild level 10, and set the number of Cataclysm flasks required for the two related guild achievements to 10,000 (Mix Master) and 25,000 (Better Leveling Through Chemistry). In reality, most guilds have made fewer flasks than we had originally anticipated they would at this point in guild progression, and many players will soon be unlocking a guild perk (Chug-A-Lug) directly related to cauldrons and flasks.

Today, we've applied a few hotfixes to help bring these flask-related achievements in line with what we had originally intended:
  • Mix Master now requires your guild to craft 1,000 Cataclysm flasks (down from 10,000).
  • Better Leveling Through Chemistry now requires your guild to craft 3,000 Cataclysm flasks (down from 25,000).
We felt it was important to implement these changes as a hotfix rather than waiting for the next content patch, as many guilds will be unlocking the Chug-A-Lug perk this weekend. Please note that while the new values are already in effect, the in-game tooltips will not reflect these changes until the next client patch. If your guild has already reached the new requirement, you'll receive the achievement as soon as someone in your guild creates a new flask"

Enough said, no reason to start calling each other names.

So what does it means? It means that if you have over a 1000 flasks before they HOTFIXED it, and you will make one flask again, you will get the achievement.

Omg, that is so uncalled for. I come here and say something. You with your stubborness implies it is not true. I give evidence it is not true, and you are still blaming other people for your own failure?
I am sorry but that is just rude. Atleast you could have apologized for not believing me.
