you are too far away glitch

sometimes it tries to pull a mob but gives you are too far away message and keeps trying to re-pull then cancelling and doing the same thing over and over again, my pull distance is the default (30) so no idea why this is happening

ok, the problem is gone now because i was using druid pre-cat form now i have another strange issue that prowl is only casted pre-pull some of the time:
