Getting the same message. My key is on the "inactive / unused" tab on buddyauth, not sure if thats the problem. Did a fresh install

Edit: Works now when using the key instead of username/pw

How do you log in with a key? I have my key, just not where to put it
 
put it on username leave password blank but its not working for me now was working a while ago
 
apparently they have changed the authorisation method. without any real notice that they were doing so...

though dont dare try to have a post open about anything here, the moderators close anything THEY deem as not important, like people expressing their opinion.

stop closing posts and go and look at the [email protected] and register my account and send me my new password...(I am a lifetimer, why I need a ferking code when I had a perfectly fine working username and password...)

Same here, worked this morrning but I got disconected and try to login agian with key I recived - auth failed, you are not allowed to connect to this server
 
Yes your IPs are all banned because you guys apparently like to DDOS the auth servers, my log in is working perfectly fine
 
COME ON check the damn support email HB! register my email and send me my password key...

why you didnt make sure people had their email addresses registered BEFORE you did this I dont know...

follow a damn software development cycle, one step includes notifying your user base of what you are going to do BEFORE you do it, not this reactive stuff after the fact.
 
I restarted HB some mintures ago and I get the same error now.

and STILL no email even after the second round has gone out, must be me :)
 
They have sent out a 3rd set of keys and wiped the old ones so I guess we will have to await that email. My only concern is that now I have no keys on the Buddyauth page :|
 
I received my Key today. I logged into
Buddy Auth Portal


and there it was. I used the key to log into HB. Worked. But now, when I log into Buddy Auth Portal, the key is gone. no more key. Result: Cant log into HB anymore.
