Ok, this is what happened to me this morning. The other night i left my Dungeon Buddy running on my hunter. It leveled him quite nicely, almost 10 levels. This morning after i ve restarted my PC i wasnt able to log in HB. I was getting this errror" You are not authorized to connect to this server" . I was like : Oh,this is a new one ( for me at least). I did some research on HB forums and found out that it was a key problem. Logged my key/sessions page and to my surprise the key was status was "fraudulent". After reading some topics about this issue, decided to write an mail to hb support in which i explained what was the problem, gave my KEY , my payment order and my mail, all in a detailed "format". The reply arrived shortly ( my 2nd surprise today) with the response that my money were charged back. Naturally many of you will think , ok the guy got the money back, now what? First of all i never asked for a refund , just wanted to know what was wrong with my ORIGINAL key, so i replied that i never wanted my money back, just an answer or a fix or a new key. Reply was , and i quote " NO MONEY=NO KEY..." I explained that the account used for the payment to purchase HB belonged to a friend and i couldnt just call him and say : hey you got 25 euro back that belong to me. So i wrote another mail ( 3rd one ) explaining the situation again , maybe the support guy was having a bad day ( crapy replies btw, short answers and so on) and atm still waiting for a reply.. I dont understand in the first place, why the dude practicaly RUSHED to refund my money without even asking if i want a new key or why he refunded in the first place.So im asking you , HB community what shall i do,considering that my friend wont give me the money back and the support is not answering atm...sitting here, 25 euro in minus and terrible annoyed by this situation. Anyway , i wish you a very pleasent day !
