Hi Perin,
Manually complete the quest in question. This happens every time for me on Nar Shadaar at the same location you're at. It will screw up trying to get to the quest giver (you'll run into a wall outside the turn-in area) and it won't get to the quest area (where you burn the body of the guy).
Manually complete it, turn it in, and you should be good to go. It will happen a bit later on Nar Shadaar as well with another quest, but just do it manually real quick.
I usually level snipers for my farmers, so I've seen this error at this spot many times over :0). I ended up just taking the quest out of my leveling profile (or changing the profile in another way, I can't remember any more).
