Nothing special really,lying and an IP tunnel will propably save you as it did in my case.
During the gold trade i was using a diff Ip,then contacted blizzard with a story that i was supposedly "hacked",5 days later they unlocked the account and reimbursed also my gold

The biggest problem is they probably banned the person you traded too. Which unfortunately is bad for business.
