YAR plugin not appearing in my DB

I am having trouble trying out Yar for the first time. I followed a guide that I found on the forums to check what my settings should be, since I couldn't clickfck my way through it. I think my issue is that my Yar plugin is not showing up on DB.

I've tried a fresh install, letting db create my plugins folder and waiting until I'm in a game to run it. I've also tried the buddywizard. Neither helped. All of my other plugins show up with no problem. Is there something specific I have to do for Yar?

And yes. I am also using Trinity, Questtools, simplefollow, and keyrun. They all show up and work just fine.
