How to use position Condition. Not in profile, in .cs

If (Condition="(Me.Position.X > 55) and (Me.Position.X < 70) and (Me.Position.Y > 12) and (Me.Position.Y < 18) and (Me.Position.Z > -224) and (Me.Position.Z < -209)) ?
