Using the newest version of DB.
I'm running a profile on my lowlvl that completes a quest in act two - each run grants 4600(+100ish) experience. After 70 runs the quest still gives this amount.
The xp/hr meter on the bot tells me I'm getting about 90k experience every hour - at first I was running at about 155-170k, then it went all the way down to 60k and now it's around 70k.
One run takes about 1 minute, this is about 50 runs an hour with loading delay etc. My games per hour meter is stable at 48.
So considering it gives the same amount (and doesn't get stuck, not using unstucker and i didn't ever have to touch it) and i run 48 times an hour the xp meter should be showing 48*4600=~220k/hr
What I can't deny is either diablo or db bugged out for a while, but I'd say it's very unlikely as they both ran fine without any popup error or exception.
