xml files

Hey,

when i try to change a txt file to an xml file, nothing happens. for example: changing "58-70" to "58-70.xml" nothing happens,

I tried changing the txt file from the properties but i cant find the XML document thing. any ideas?

Win7/vista:
Load a file up
Top right click "Organize"
"Folder and search options"
"View" at the top
Then untick "Hide extensions for known file types"
Then remove the ".txt" at the end

what do you mean by loading a file up? sry im bad in computer stuff

open in notepad.

File->Save As

Change the dropdown to "All Files"
Name: 58-70.xml

It'll work then.

Right click on desktop --> new folder --> double click it.

no1knowsy's solution isn't as good as mine, mine is permanent, his is temporary.

Use notepad++ its te best forbwriting code and once finished save a copybas .xml
