What makes you think you're going to find a piece in 2 hours? I mean sure, you could..
But that doesn't mean you're gaurenteed to. It took me over 20 hours to complete my 6 set of my DH's new set. Suck it up.
Also if you aren't in at least torment 1 I'm pretty sure you can't get primary sets.

What is the best profile to find WW sets...?

I am using R-Rift profile. Greater rift is the best to find legendary items including set items. Don't expect to find a whole set in 1 day. It will take many days, at least for me

I don't know how to use Skype, never done it.
There is nothing to do with profile. You just download it and in DB-click load-find the profile- that's it
