Yes it's a rage.

4.0 is SHIT.

Anybody else getting so much freeze lag it's unreal. Game crashing Freeze Lag.

Headless Horseman is impossible.

4 DCs before it even starts? F*ck off blizzard.

I want a bloody refund. I'm paying for nothing at the moment.

Um... Not sure what you are talking about. I have no lag. I might have a lockup here and there. Make sure it's not your addons. I know that theres a version of recount that has a memory leak and it will slow your wow down, even make it crash. If you're dcing and lagging. Addons should be the first thing you mess with. Then your config. Then post on tech support forum. If no help, feel free to blame blizzard. :)

ADD: Shouldn't this be in general discussion?

I have had no lag or freezes not even a glitch since the patch, and I have been playing pretty much 10 hours a day.

wow people still raging, since this issue isn't related to everyone, i run fine 95%. i would suggest what above posters have already said and im just gonna say im pretty sure this is one of the biggest patches blizz has released and for the servers to be up 99% of the time i reckon they done a good job just give them time to fix the bugs. people like you make it harder, how about reporting the bugs/errors/posting on their support forums.

if you remember when BC (3.0?) patch came out im sure the servers were a shitstorm compared to this.
 
Nobody cares if it's running well for you. Don't wanna hear how great things are for you.

Don't run any addons.

It's the patch. End of Story.

I hope whoever decided to release it walks in front of a bus.
 
I would bet that 90% of the problems are caused by bad addons or outdated driver
 
Or perhaps just incompatibility issues. Obviously insufficient testing, whilst I don't have these problems have heard of a lot of people that do.
 
I think people just need to stop raging, if there is something wrong then it will get fixed!
 
its the addons that cause it i had same problem i deleted all addons and re-downloaded the addons that were updated and i beleive its also the cache something needs to be removed from there. Basically whats happening is its trying to load all out of date addons even tho you may have disabled them there pyschally still there they need to be deleted permantley.

What i suggest is go to interface>addon then delete ecerything CTRL+A then hit delete then just re-download addons you wants and it should solve the issue.

Good luck as i know its really annoying i dis-like the patch for other reasons as it seems classes like locks seem disturbingly over powered maybe fragile but damn there horridly good at dps there a glass cannon. Tho i imagine this will be great for honorbuddy :)

Also use curse client it will update your addons and let you know when there is a new upgrade if you didn't already.
 
I had serious lock up issues after the patch. Here is what i did -disabled all addons, downloaded new addons and still crashed some, disabled all addons and MOST of the crash/lag stopped, i updated my nvidia drivers and the rest of the lag/choppyness/crashing stopped. turning on DX11 or off is up to u but GB wont work with it so keep that in mind.
 
I froze 4 times on HH as well and i have a high end pc.. blizzard is shite

Try clearing Cache and wtf as well.

Obviously it's the patch, but did you even start to consider it may be an issue on your PC that makes the patch fuck up?

Having a High end PC does not make you immune to issues. I have i7, 16Gb Ram, etc etc blah blah, but I had an issue where WoW wouldn't even run. everything checked out perfect, repair was fine, etc... but I still had to reinstall WoW... Shit happens...

I dont have any lag at all, it seems to be even less. Although I also need time to get used to it.

Must be your PC and/or your internet connection. WoW runs perfectly for me, and I have a mid-range video card (5770). Doing some diagnosing before you lash out at Blizzard for something that isn't their fault.
 
I got horseman on my shaman (3rd char i tried with) on first day, cy@ :D
I dont experience any lag, I sometimes get DC randomly in a BG back to login screen and also sometimes the whole game crashes down to desktop and the patcher starts doing something with that new streaming download crap, other than that it's fine but PvP is completely ruined atm so i'm just farming gold with GB till cata hits.

Only positive things atm imo are my DK finally doing noticable damage in PvP and fucking 310% flying yeeeh + on a pale horse secondary talent spec and X-53 touring rocket looks like I'm actually in a space rocket that's how fast i'm going :D

Funny that.

Because the forums acknowledge a problem with whenever the pointer turns to a cog wheel causing freeze lag 9Bgs, HH pumpkin etc).

So it's clearly not my comp. Nice try though troll. Next.
