Wrong versions in buddy store?

Im trying to get a plugin but the buddystore is giving me an older version than is actually out? Anyway to fix this?
 
1. Stop the bot

2. Delete this folder :

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Bossland

3. Start the bot (the loading time may be longer)
 
I did that it still has the older version of the file. it should be 1.4 but its still 1.0 so it does not work :(
