Wrong pull distance ? Target ?

Hello !
I just reinstalled HB.
When i launch it my character target a mob at 45y and stay here. When i come closer he starts attacking...
How can i change this "Targeting distance" to 30y ?

Using quest buddy with Kick profile on an elem sham ( 90 Boosted )

( Btw just swapped to Enhancement and its good but now he is not using is mount! )
