Wrong passwort (Lazy and PF)

I bought Lazymon yesterday. If I enter my PTC account data, I get the message "Wrong password". I have 2 PTC account which does not work with Lazymon and Pokefarmer (It always comes the message wrong password).
The accounts are not banned, it works on the phone without problems. Firewall is off.
Reinstall does not work.

try changing your password, and only using symbols like _'s or !'s instead of other ones. I know that some symbols like + trip up the login system with the bots.
