Wrath2/IK6 Rend/WW Build?

Anyone got a rundown of the best bot settings for the 2 wrath, full IK rend/WW build that a lot of the top solo grift barbs are using?

I've been running HotA but I've got some great IK wep rolls and I'm wondering if it's practical to bot with the rend build. I've never really tried it manually.

I'm also curious about the IK/WW/rend build. I see alot of people asking for the double rend thing to be fixed in the Trinity thread, and I've read some comments here and there from guys saying they've been getting good results. Hoping someone can post a guide or at least a decent comparison on how it performs against HOTA. I really don't like HOTA.
