i open honorbuddy and it says

i had this problem before but i fixed it by having WoW open and logged in in windowed screen and opening both as administrator, i went awayfor a few weeks came back and tried opening honorbuddy and it says that, i've tried everything and can only think of asking the forums, if anyone can help please post below suggestions
