WoW not loading to servers screen

When I launch the game with HB launcher, it opens the client but wont go pass the first "LOADING" message. I have re-installed HB and moved game folder to different location.

I have installed all requirements for HB to run, now, I would like to know all the components needed for HB so I can review them all and also re-install them.

I have exhausted forum threads and other sources, there is a log file, please help.

it works if you use Hb.exe instead of the launcher?

When I try it that way, the game is actually able to connect to realms and toon but when I try to log in to HB the login screen disappears and the HB window doesn't pop up.

use dx9 instead plz

I believe I installed dx9 since I got a confirmation screen. When I open the game now and access my character it gives me an error message when trying to load HB saying that couldn't find the game or a character logged to realm.

update Hb and pick dx9 in wow settings
