A little help, is there way to launch wow not in fullscreen mode?

i have tried this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\wow.exe" -windowed -800x600

but it runs it Full screen...since i run my bot and main on the same pc i would like to have 2 different screen sizes saved without having to go back and forth and adjust them everytime....

How I've done it is using a separate config.wtf like this:
"D:\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe" -ConfigLoRes.wtf
First time you start it like this the new config.wtf will be created, and you can change settings ingame like normal. Then just start your bot client with that shortcut instead of the normal one.
Just to clarify, my new config.wtf is here named ConfigLoRes.wtf, but you can name it whatever you want.

I don't know if WoW accepts parameters.
If it doesn't, these information are stored in the Config.wtf file (in the WTF folder).
You can eventually write two config files (bot/main) you swap with a small script before launching WoW.

EDIT: Ah, didn't know about giving directly the config file as parameter. That's the best way.

I have tried coping the Wow folder to another folder and drive, it works well but now i am having an issue with the Shortcuts changing where they point.
Example:
Shortcut1 is "World of Warcraft" C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\launcher.exe
Shortcut2 is "Wow-B1" D:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\launcher.exe

After a reboot both of these Shortcuts B]D[/B]:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\launcher.exe

Any ideas as to what would cause this...I am the only user and the administrator on a Win7 machine. Should not make a difference but C: is a 120GB SSD and D: is a 1TB 7200RPM spin....

why not just go into the settings and keep it in windowed mode? unless you need it for normal play then switch it.

I am using the machine for 2 fold, botting and wowing myself. Botting i like to keep the settings as low as possible, while on the main screen i run at ultra. I have been doing what you have suggested I was just looking for a preset way of launching my wow windows....i'm lazy, hit one button and go...
