Wow Mutilate bug causing HB errors

So anyone with a rogue knows that atm the rogue spell book is a bit buggy. By that I mean it shows us having "Mutilate" and "Mutilate Off-Hand" available as trainable abilities. While normally this would be something that's easily ignored I'm noticing some serious issues that this is causing with HB. I'm noticing every now and then that when the bot levels it will check to see if new skills are able to be learned and notices the bugged Mutilate, at which point it goes into an endless loop. Earlier it made it to the trainer and just continually opened/closed the vendor interaction. More recently it's just been getting stuck deciding between running to the vendor of flying. I've attached the most recent log, hopefully someone can help me sort out this issue.

After looking into the problem again I noticed this time that HB managed to resolve itself after I manually got it over to the vendor so I think a fix to the issue would be to un-blacklist the vendor so it wouldn't get stuck in the loop. So now my question is where within the settings would I be able to find this blacklist for my particular character?

set these 3 options to false and try again

[9:33:07 PM:694] FindVendorsAutomatically: True
[9:33:07 PM:694] TrainNewSkills: True
[9:33:07 PM:694] LearnFlightPaths: True

Thanks for the quick reply Tony, that's remedied the problem. I went and changed them within the LevelbotSettings file. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming that's the correct location since the problem will only really be relevant while leveling.

you could change them on the UI as well :)
